Will Mod Organiser still have my mods there and in order if I reinstall New Vegas?

Before I knew about Mod Organiser I had been using Nexus Mod Manager and installed a few mods using it, overwriting the files in the games Data directory but now I want to keep everything clean and managed all together in Mod Organiser. If I reinstall New Vegas, (Deleting the Data inserted through NMM) will my files and load order in Mod Organiser change or will they stay there the way they are now? If so, I can then reinstall the mods I installed with NMM using MO instead. Any help is appreciated.
