LE Anime overhaul

i know this is kind of a stretch but what about a anime visual overhaul or texture overhaul to make the world look that of an anime.the best thing about this is probably that the textures don't have to be ultra 4k resolution or something that a potato can't run if anything might improve performance. someone could take out the main detail in a texture and replace them with flat drawn in textures with solid colors same goes for armors and weapons. character models are kind of a stretch to but a skin mod could do the trick plus i think it would be awesome to see skyrim in a different light apart from all the crazy realistic enbs that only really high end PCs could run. i know some of you watch anime and some are hardcore about it i think this would be an awesome addition to the nexus i know there's already a cartoony looking mod somewhere but i don't want my game to look like a pixar movie. i'm not keeping my hopes up right now im not demanding anything. i'm just throwing out suggestions for the mod gods.

It would be neat if such an anime mod could turn Whiterun into Tokyo and Dragons into Godzillas. That would allow the Skyrim Civil War to have an entirely different focus.

iv tryed the pixar setting for imiginator and it just hurts my eyes way to colorful where as anime still has this dark feeling to it and realistic feeling

or maybe if there's a borderlands looking enb or imaginator preset that would be sick to
