Corrupted all my saves by using Force Rescan -- what now?

So I tried to fix an issue with one of my mods this past weekend by using Force Rescan in Mod Manager (v0.59) and it ended up breaking a ton of other mods and corrupting all my save states in the process. Now I need to start over and really, really want to make sure I don't start my game up in some sort of iffy state.

 

Is there anything else I should do to ensure that my game has a clean slate to work from aside from these steps:

1. Delete my character in both the game and in the Keep
2. Delete the Patch and Patch_ModManagerMerge folders inside the Update folder
3. Repair the game in Origin
4. Re-install Mod Manager
5. Re-acquire latest official patch in Mod Manager
6. Merge my mods again
7. Pray to Fen'Harel for his blessing

Nothing hurts more than getting all the way to Skyhold after completing the Hinterlands, Storm Coast, and Fallow Mire in their entirety (all the collections, all the shards, lord help me) and watching your game die a painful, agonizing death. Well, not being able to start romances with any of your companions for some unknown reason is worse to be honest, but still.

 

Also, there always seems to be residual data for my Inquisitors in the Keep whenever I redo a World State. Is that normal? I don't have custom Wardens or Hawkes; just playing Inquisition.

What do you mean "... corrupting all my saves"?

Are you sure you don't just need to increment the version number in your .mft file?
