Problem endorsing files

Okay so today I figured I'd check out my Download/Rating History and see what I haven't provided feedback on.

Low and behold there was a whole bunch of mods I've downloaded but forgot to endorse because of how great I think they are and how useful they will be to me.

 

So I went ahead and clicked on the thumb up icon and to my bewilderment I was faced with this:

I figured perhaps something was wrong and proceeded to the next file:

As you can see at the bottom, both files are different.

 

I have definitely downloaded these files otherwise they wouldn't be on the list.

This is on Fallout3nexus.

I do not know if it's happening elsewhere.

I did try on Newvegasnexus and it worked fine for me.
