No support response?

I submitted a support ticket months ago and I still have yet to receive a response. My email address associated with my account is appearing reversed. Instead of [email protected] it is showing up as [email protected]. Because that email address either doesn't exist or isn't owned by me, I cannot access it to change my email address.

I'd really appreciate a response.
