Now the last mod I need is "Place Everywhere" which needs F4SE to work. I've looked around for a bit and can't find any fix that works for me. Here's a video showing what is going on. https://youtu.be/HzNKkjKPJYQ It says it could be conflicting with a virus scanner etc. but I don't have one on my computer. I forgot to show it on the video but running is in Administrator Mode doesn't work. I ended different processes that could interfere. I don't really know what else to do. Thanks for the help. Yeah, as Zaldiir said you install your hard copy you bought on DVD or Electronic download from Amazon or whatever. You install steam and link to it. Then you have to make a Bethesda.net account and log into it in game. That's what I did and it's working fine. Do that first and then post what happens.
