Infinite Loading Screen Problems Happening Increasingly

Around 5 times today this has happened while playing in the downtown Boston area. I don't think it had never happened prior to today.

First my game become stuck in an infinite (black) load-screen when trying to enter interiors in the vicinity of Hangman's Alley such as Shenley's Oyster bar . This happened 3 more times in the same spot when I tried to leave from the roof of the building back down through that interior. Worse than simply force-quitting my game is that my graphics card fan doesn't seem to know the game is no longer running and continues to spin, loudly. And I am forced to restart my computer each and every time.

I deleted my save files and pasted the back-ups I had made this morning, as well as disabling my own mod project in the off-chance It contained dirty edits messing with my game. This seemed to work and I was able to reach and enter my destination - Park Street Station.

Just now I console-hacked the fast-travel in my survival mode game to take home my loot from Park Street Station after rescuing Nick as I had a rather large haul and wanted to speed things up. The fast-travel worked the first time, and then when I tried to Fast-travel back to Park Street Station to collect more of my booty this infinite load bug returned, and again I was forced to restart my computer because the GPU fan wouldn't stop.

I am getting pretty fed up with this sort of thing, and I have no idea what causes it. My mods work fine together, my game plays reasonably well. Yet here we go again with the inexplicable troubles.

I could use some help please, guys.

I have come to the conclusion that console-use in survivor mode, which has to be modded back in, causes the save to become potentially corrupt during that play-session, and that this is what causes this bug. I have found that minimal use of console keeps the game running somewhat more stably.
