nodgree
I have been working on adding new interior cells to the buildings in Concord that are unused. My question is, is there a way to remove the boarded up doors and windows from the exteriors of the buildings? You cant select just the boarded up areas, it selects the entire building. Currently, I have been just placing a door in front of the boarded up area, Thanks!
zanity
Why not go to 'Beantown interiors' and ask the nice modder there for advice? He is making his new interiors in world space, but is surely solving the same problem you are asking about here.
seekingthesun
Do you want interiors that are part of the outside, or do you want there to be a door and a load screen to a whole different interior space?

I have added doors but no matter what I do, they clip through the material behind them.

Most of those houses goes as one mesh, so to remove boards on windows and doors you need to edit meshes and replace houses with yours edited.
