DingerDan
Well, you probably know my problem. I'm walking around cyrodiil and I find a quiet little pond, and I think wow - this is a great place for a player abode. So I open up the construction set and I have no idea where the hell it could be within the 34151341 different wilderness cells. Could anyone help me out, or is there some kind of trick to finding the locations?
wetblanket
This UESP page explains the use of the SDT console command. This map of Cyrodiil with co-ordinates may also be of use. This version shows the Unique Landscape mod extents.
GreatLucifer
After working in the CS for awhile, you'll grow familiar with quite some different objects. What I always do (when I find a spot ingame and want to find it in the CS), is look around for the most unique recognizable object. Than in the CS, go to the object, userinfo, and tada.... Though I fully admit it is probably not the most professional of methods.
bencebence
Or use this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3593710/Tamriel-Gridmap.pngIt approximetly shows the coordinates. (That's why I asked for a grid map viewer) I use this to locate places.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh*thud* I spent hours looking for the last instance of an object that I wanted to change, but change in a way that didn't look messy so had to do each of them by hand. I hadn't seen the use info menu option. Oh how that would have helped me out. Well, hooray, now I know for next time. Thanks! {:-)
