An plea for assist

well after many months I’ve narrowed down and worked out the problem, its my internet connection more specifically it is to do with my satellite internet, this is what I've worked out and assumed a little bit what the download problem was. With an update to steam between when I last updates and what not. an update change the way steam updates because of this every time it goes to download the new .exe, it get partiality complete before steam thinks it is corrupt and starts to redownload we go around and around the same circle till something causes it to exits (don’t know what)

 

the reason it thinks it is corrupt is the download get interrupted just for a moment this is due to the satellite take a couple of seconds to download the data so their is a slight moment of disconnect, therefore I am stuck

 

 

I learnt this after a lot of research and testing

 

10 of my friends computers could not update out where I live and I was able to update at their place same config nothing changed except for their internet has a line

 

very annoying but at least I know what is wrong
