macstu23
I've recently noticed the head tracking feature (The feature where your characters head swivels around to face other actors/creatures etc) has somehow stopped working. My character just stares blankly ahead all the time in a rather boring fashion. My first thought was to check the Oblivion.ini as I know that feature can be disabled there, but according to my Oblivion.ini entry, I'm showing 'bDisableHeadTracking=0', (setting this entry to '1' would disable it) so it should still work, but it doesn't. Weird thing is, it was working a few days ago when I was taking some screenshots. I haven't added any mods since then. I did however do a clean up of some un-necessary files recently, stuff from no longer used mods, and think it may just be possible I might have deleted a file I shouldn't have (pretty sure I didn't but I cant rule it out), if such a file enabling head tracking exists in the Data folder. I haven't had any other odd effects. Mods I'm using that might possibly have an effect are Biu's BABFinal, Actors in Charge and Actors in Madness, though they never gave me this problem before. If anyone can think of a possible reason, or a fix, or know what specific file deals with this feature so I can check that I still have it, then do give me a shout. Thanks. macstu23
Oop...found out what was causing the problem. I'd forgotten to reset facial expressions to default after using 'Actors in Charge'. All sorted now. Sorry for taking up valuable forum space with it.
