tattooofhername
I've been f*#@ing with the water level in this interior cell I'm trying to make for ages, and no matter what I can't get the water to show. The construction set wiki hasn't been helpful so far, so I'm hoping someone can tell me what level I need to set the water to so that it'll show up. I've checked the 'has water' button, but so far every numerical range from 9000 to -9000 doesn't show anything. I've checked other cells that have water and they don't have numbers anywhere near that, so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, I just can't figure out what. Surilindur
First check the z-axis position of one of the objects you have in the cell. Then set the water level to exactly the same number. That should do it, 9000 units is a lot, and only the water surface is visible, from the top down (if I recall correctly). It has been forever since I used the original CS, so if you do not yet have the CSE by shademe, you can try that and see if it somehow fixes any issues you might have: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/36370/ Edit: Ooops. Water surface is visible from both sides. But still only the surface. Edited May 14, 2016 by Contrathetix
tattooofhername
Ah! Thank you! I totally didn't think to set it relative to the object position. Somehow it's always the simple stuff that escapes me XD
Surilindur
No problem. One of the best places to hide something is indeed in plain sight. :P Good luck with your project.
