Notification Drop Down

I did a text search, but I will admit that I might not have entered it in the correct term / wording. But I did try.

 

In the NOTIFICATION DROP DOWN, where the Mods and such that you are tracking is, it will show: YOU HAVE 24 NOTICES, or something to that effect.

 

Okay, so I go and read or X the notifications that I have until:

 

YOU HAVE NO MORE NOTIFICATIONS.

 

Great - Refresh, it does not show any number, BUT when I click on the circle, I have a bunch more notifications. * BLINKS *

 

Some are "old" - some are "new or newish" - but the thing is: I cleared the Notices all out with X, until I get the notice: YOU HAVE NO MORE NOTIFICATION.

 

But apparently I do as there are suddenly more when I Refresh.

 

I know I X out ALL my notifications when I read or choose to not read them.

 

Am I missing something?
