Mod suggestions

Hi guys i play Fallout 4 on Xbox (I know dirty dirty console gamer), anyway I am still excited for mods coming to consoles and i know i will more than likely have to get my mods from Bethesda.net but i thought it would be best to come here for advice on what mods i should get so any suggestions would be great.

i would really like mods that lets me get animal resources e.g mole rat or radroach meat on a periodic basis and if possible a mod that links the inventory of settlements and i don't mean the way local leader work i mean as in if i deposit a weapon in graygarden i can withdraw it in sanctuary hills, and i know this is cheating but a mod that gives me skill points ( as i wont have access to consoles commands).
