and now nothing works and now i cant even play with out having to reinstall and starting all over again

Can anyone see what the problem is so i can get back to playing lol

Well one i can tell you run your computer on a low Quality assuming it isent that great....your most likely going to have problems with mods on a crap computer lol....Instead of uninstalling each mod by mod just uncheck a small group of mods ohhhh id say since you have 34 plugins activated take off 5 at a time load up new vegas and see if that helped if not keep doing that process until one group of mods fixed it. Than simply install 1 by 1 out of those 5 untill you get the problem again. Than youll know the mod with issues.

oh the screen shot i had to shrink like 5 times for the image to be able to down load but did like you said is the huds i am using only kept on but with project neveda i think its messit up to a blur state, radar hud but now i am back to playin thanks
