XunAmarox
What do you have to do to make a body mesh edit work in F3NV? I've tried editing a body and exporting, but it's just invisible in-game, even if the nodes in NifSkope look the same. Strange... >_>... I've done a ton of this in the past for other games, FO3 included, (albeit, I've forgot the precise export / other procedures), so I'm not sure why it's not working. I import the nif, edit it, then highlight everything and export as nif. Usually that's enough for it to work. Is there some extra step one must take afterwords to make edits for F3NV function properly? I found the solution. I needed to set it to skin in export and check SHADOW_FRUSTRUM. Quetzlsacatanango
Are you sure?I think hair is the only thing that uses shadow_frustrum. You should make sure shadow_map is ticked, as well as window_environment_mapping. You might have to do that in nifskope, I can't remember if it is an option on blender export. And for body/armor, you only need to select the skeleton when you export. It will take along everything it's parented to.
XunAmarox
I'm sure that it worked, yeah. That it was the best solution or anything else, not really, no. But it did certainly work. I had to update tangent spaces to remove lighting artifacts from it (as usual), but the export and everything worked just fine. Zero problems. Thanks for the info by the way!
