A few questions

Okay so I installed the Desert Textures from NVSkies, and I don't like them. Does anyone know of any thing to replace the textures of the ground like that and doesn't look so... orange?

 

Other question was, if anyone knew a way to get some items from Operation Anchorage into the game like the Shocksword.

Project Nevada has some content from Fallout 3. I don't know if that includes the Shocksword (since they're stuck using FNV's content) but you can always use FNVEdit to copy the exact item and then extract the appropriate models from the BSA in order to achieve what you're gunning for.

No idea how to do that s*** yo.

Also about the Desert Textures. Anyone know of files that will overwrite those ones?

Just delete the Desert Textures files from your Data directory. Anyway, the only way to get Operation Anchorage items in the game from Operation Anchorage itself is the method I described, or by using the GECK to basically do the same thing. No one can do it for you, as it'd be illegal to do so.
