NVFR-NVR-SMOTS crashing

I have it installed just as it says in the mod description. But it keeps crashing every time I try to play it. It says to go through the Strip with the mod off on a new save first to make sure all of the Strip's triggers activate normally which I did. If I start a game with it already activated it works fine but the triggers don't trigger properly. The only mods I have that I think could possibly clash are Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded and Vegas Strip and Freeside Map Markers, I don't see what would cause them to clash though and the NVR stuff is loaded at the end of the load order just as it asks for.

PC probably cant load it. Mine cant load the sierra madre NVR for crap crashes almost about every time

It isn't that because if I have it on when I start a new game everything is fine except for the scripts for the strip.
