[Creation Kit] [Help] Some NPC-spawns don't seem to inherit the same stats despite referring to the same template stats?

So I've been fiddling around with modding for some time now and most recently I've been messing around with the health scaling of the player and NPCs in the game. I've been successful for the most part but there's one thing I really can't seem to grasp after having wrestled with it for hours on end.

From my understanding most Raider NPCs refers to LvlRaider, which further refers to LCharRaider. Looking into LCharRaider there's several EncRaider entities which all represent a Raider NPC preset. So far, no confusions. Each raider below "EncRaider01Template" seem to inherit some things from it(looking at the Templates tab for each one).

 

So what I've been doing is set everyones health to '5' for testing purposes to see if I can score a guaranteed kill no matter where I shoot them. For the most part this has been successful when it comes to random raiders. However, there are cases where this for some reason doesn't apply and that's where I need some help trying to figure out what exaclty is going on.

 

For example - outside of the Concord Museum as well as inside the museum itself there are spawns called DN092_EncA_R01 (that's inside of the museum itself, there are a few of them).

 

These raiders spawned from these nodes don't seem to inherit the stat-changes I've given them. Upon further inspection of these spawns they have a different Base Object. The one mentioned above for example uses "LvlRaider_Handmade_MG".

 

By inspecting LvlRaider_Handmade_MG's Templates tab we can see that it uses Stats from LvlRaider(as well as Templated From: in the bottom left corner). LvlRaider's template tab states that it uses the Stats from LCharRaider(and again also visible in the bottom left corner). LCharRaider however I've already stated that they should have 5 health.

 

And that's where everything falls apart. Why, despite referring to the very same templates, do they not inherit these stats - even though it says they should? What is it that I'm missing?
