CTD at Beth Soft splash

I have 70 active plugins currently out of 75 but what puzzles me is that my game crashes almost immediately at the Beth Soft Splash.

My PC is a good one at that so there is no way its PC specs. (I can run Fallout 4 Ultra 60 FPS for a benchmark.)

I feel as though its a conflicting mod problem.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO CHECK EVERY GOD DAMN PLUGIN. I am not doing it. That advice may be helpful but I dont have 5 hours for debugging. Its silly.

Please leave suggestions below. :D
