Ads on mobile hijack page with redirect

Was just going to check on my mod page on my phone. Loaded the New Vegas Nexus main page, not signed in, and clicked the mod link. Loading the mod page with ads loads part way then reloads and cannot be taken back. The new URL is http://www.mobiflood.com/g/?cid=572ae6b56e955251d6000004&utm_sub=11276319258

 

It then pops up a very 'engrish' page telling me "[my] Google has been infected and needs to be scanned"

Yup, I've been having a similar issue on android for a couple of weeks now. I haven't had any of them be nasty enough that I can't just restart my browser to escape, but obviously it's still a pain - I can't use the back button, either. I've been having this problem too recently. It's becoming so frequent that almost any page I load gets hijacked. Do we have any solutions for this?

 

Edit: I ran two different anti-virus on my phone with no issues reported. I'm no expert but it definitely seems to be a hijacking issue.

Yeesh, every page? On the Nexus, right, and not just mobile in general? If I were you I'd get an adblocking browser, and maybe switch back to a normal browser if the issue gets fixed... your device is definitely worth more than the ad revenue you produce. If you have Android you can get Firefox or Dolphin Jetpack. I'm not sure about Apple devices - you might be able to get Firefox to block ads for those as well.
