Hello. When i open tes construction set It tried to auto load my oblivion.esm. A little window pops up saying file in use Data/oblivion.esm and then waiting with however long its been. It's in my oblivion directory and the oblivion folder is in my accounts user folder. I've cancelled and tried loading it from data only selecting Oblivion.esm, but it tries to load all of my mods and just sits on the window i've mentioned before. What am i missing? Oblivion is closed and nothing is running the files besides tes construction set...idk why it gives me a file in use window...thank you for your time.

That is weird. For the file in use, I can think only of UAC turned on. Are you running it in Windows Vista / 7 with the user account control on?

Loading all your mods at once sounds even more strange. I don't know what to say about that.

Oblivion must not be running already when you start the CS. And the less other programs are running in background the better.

It takes a very long time to load everything when it starts up. Depending on your system it could take up to ten minutes - the faster your system and the more ram, the quicker it will load.

For me there was a steep learning curve before I was able to do anything at all with it. Don't expect instant results. I have a dual monitor set up and had the wiki instructions on one monitor and the CS on the other. I started over a dozen times before I finally got some of the basics to work properly.

It was the UAC. Thank you. Now for the unable to load CTL error XD i've seen other posts about it so i should be able to figure it out.
