Power armour stacks with underarmour

Basically a mod that keeps the benefits of underarmour whilst wearing Power armour.

E.g. if you have a chest that gives +1 Charisma, when you put on your power armour you lose this benefit. I would like a mod where these benefits are kept - you are still wearing the armour after all!.

Mostly just for Special stats. Would be a bit unbalancing if it was everything e.g. charmeleon for your underarmour applied whilst wearing Power armour.
