cain071546
I have been Playing and Modding for a while. I am more than familiar with the CK. My favorite thing is creating Interiors and cluttering them. I have worked with small groups on GIT contributing to a few small projects. I can 3D model and Texture (I'm not very good) Looking for a small group of Active Modders. Edited May 18, 2016 by cain071546

waterlogic
I'm planning a mod that is probably bigger than I can take on alone. It is essentially removing the story-line aspect of the game and replacing it with a randomized, replayable Civilization-style strategy layer. So, there will be the various factions that hold territories on the map, take each other over, become allies, etc. Think randomized Game of Thrones scenarios in the Fallout world. The goals being similar to Civilization combat victory: take over entire map. But, you get to do this from a first person perspective with various options of how to be involved (lead one of the factions and make troop decisions, be an assassin, contract warrior, etc.). The first step is to figure out how to bypass the opening sequence and start the character off in some neutral location (Alternate Start light basically). Next step after that is to remove the storyline quests and characters. After that is the logic programming and custom UI for the new game layer. I plan on doing that in Actionscript. But, I'm assuming that functionality is on it's way from F4SE that will make this possible. After launch I think there is a lot of potential to expand on the concept with custom headquarters. New factions/races. Etc. But, to make it more feasible for fewer people, I'm looking to just focus on the minimum parts needed to make it work. So, no new buildings. No new weapons/armors/races. Use as much vanilla assets, functionality as possible. Let me know if you're interested. I've been in a holding pattern on this waiting for Mod Organizer to be upgraded and F4SE to get further along. But, the first two steps can technically be started now.
