barrettsfloyd
Man that sucks. I don't know what to tell ya at this point. The thing that concerns me more is that SP1 is causing your games to not work.I think what I am going to do is install windows on my E drive (leaving intact the OS on C drive) along with any updates windows deems necessary...including .net framework and see how it goes. Something else I'm wondering is that is it possible it could be hardware configuration causing these issues? Managing to get three hard drives working together can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Right now, I have to step out for a while to take care some some family matters. Hopefully it won't take too long.
wolfen420
I am not sure. I googled sp1 causing games not to start and I saw a couple threads on it. Might want to look at them.
barrettsfloyd
Well, I have had some partial success with my problems. I finally figured out that Evga Precision has been the cause of my games crashing after installing SP1. I am still having issues with FOMM though. I may try installing my OS on my E drive and see if that fixes the problem, but that will have to wait till tomorrow. I have through this thread and discovered there was a commonality with people having the very same issue I had. Uninstalling Evga Precision stopped the crashing, however I am not sure if re installing it will start the crashing again...Which would really suck because Nvidia cards can run pretty hot sometimes...and I have a gtx 470 running a fully modded FO3 and NV complete with several texture replacers for each game. wolfen420
Im on a 275 with NV running maxed and several mods (a few graphics, HQ stuff). Not to many problems for me. Glad the crashing issue was discovered. Hopefully some one can chime in on here with an answer for you on FOMM now.
