Applying Mod Updates/Patches through OBMM

I can't find any topics or faqs that say anything about how to update/patch a mod through OBMM. For example, I want to install Midas Magic Spells of Aurum which is one file. I can creat the omod no problem. There is also a patch to this mod that is a seperate file. Do I create a seperate omod from the patch or is there a way to integrate the patch into the original omod? I'm sure its something simple that I'm missing but any help on this would be appreciated.

It's easy enough to do. You probably COULD overwrite the original files with the patched ones, but I've found that it's easier to do these simple steps:

1. Turn the non-patched archive into an OMOD.

2. Install said OMOD.

3. Turn the patch into an OMOD.

4. Install said patch after you install the original files. It will overwrite anything that it needs to.
