Custom Voices

I would like to have someone to do something similar to this mod - Fallout Anime Voice Studio

As for the voice(s), I wanted it to be

Hei Hidenobu Kiuchi (from Darker Than Black),

L Kappei Yamaguchi (from Death Note), and/or

Shizuo Daisuke Ono (from Durarara!!).

Of course this doesn't have to be a full mod, as you could probably just make an add-on to Elzee's voice mods or Maskar's mod

I'd prefer Hei's or L's voice as I'm going to role-play an assassin though.
