1. What they do mention is that it is some of the browsers that rename them regardless of what the mod author named the file. The mod author and Nexus do not have ANY control over the browzer changing the file extension.

 

2. The specifics of the mod/gameplay can be discussed on the project page. The comments section for extra dog slot advise against having him in the party for Rescue Anora and Landsmeet. At least the comments were there a few years ago when I played the mod.

Not exactly, Thandal. It took me a lot of researching in other mods' threads in order to look at the answer, say "oh, that's what's wrong with that mod I uninstalled two weeks ago", and going back to playing.

 

Still, I believe these mods are basically left with hardcore fans and nothing more. So anyone can just ask the question. However, it took me about a year of DAO fandom before finding this place. You know how I am at finding things
