FO4 no longer recognizing mods

The problem I'm having is that the game doesn't 'load' mods at all. I can install mods no problem. They show up in the Beth.net thingy, they show up in NMM, they show up in the plugin.txt with the little asterisk. But when I load the game, the mods don't 'load.' The mods, however, are THERE. I can see my weapon mods, my clothing mods, my whatever mods.

 

This is most certainly an issue with FH. Just last night I turned the game on to do a little prep work, and now it doesn't work. The only change to my game has been FH and any patches Bethesda has done in the past ~7 hours.

 

I've re-validated archives, regenerated .ini files, and threatened physical violence. All to no avail.

 

I highly expect this problem is due inexperience and general stupidity, so if solutions can be stated in the simplest of simple terms I would be much appreciative.

I have that DAMN problem too.My mod is working but mod items just gone all of them.I want to play far harbor with my gears so bad :(

I had an issue with mods not being turned on anymore once the new patch hit, so I did three things and ended up fixing all of my issues.

 

1) downloaded the latest FOSE (fallout script extender)

2) update to the latest NMM (Nexus Mod Manager)

3) In NMM, reselect the mods I want activated and also move Far Harbor to beneath the main dlc's. For some reason the new patch just disabled all of my mods and I had to check them back on to activate them.

I have the problem of my mods not working at all.... this all started after getting the update Far Harbor. There is no use in me trying to go to Far Harbor until i get the mods to work.

I've changed the .ini files and so but everything still works as far as I can see. But no mods... Anyone with any suggestions?
