Usable Terminal Mod.

Is their any way to mod a terminal in the Lucky 38 to be usable in game? Not just looking at notes put in, but can you have it, so that while I'm in game, I can boot up the terminal and write notes? Perhaps the ability to title notes?

 

Say, I turn it on and it goes.
