Files to Game directory

This is a bit of a noob question, as I've never really modded a game before lol. I wanted to test out the F4 ressurection mod, and one of the steps is to "Copy all files to game directory" and I have no idea what this means or entails, so a bit of help is appreciated.

Open the archive you downloaded with a program like winrar or 7zip and copy all of the files in it to your game directory. You will find that under Programms x86/Steam/Steamapps/common/Fallout 4 , just put everything in the fallout 4 folder and you should be good.

Or just use the Modmanager.
