CK scripting and F4SE...?

Ok yes I could find this out by removing f4se and testing things, but I really don't feel like messing with that.

 

I installed f4se for a certain mod. Then I got CK and start making my own mod that uses a few script files. I think it's basically an esp file and a few pex files, all made using CK. In order for someone else to use my mod, are they going to need to install f4se for my scripts to work? I've never uploaded a mod to nexus before, and have always just used NMM to install mods that I've downloaded, so I'm clueless about this.
