TheMightyLordSheogorath
In the GECK, the NV esm hasn't activated for the last month, and all vendors crash my game when asking to buy an item. Also I've experienced corrupt files after completing Old World Blues. I've reinstalled New Vegas twice from Steam, and have tried to run the game without any mods or DLC, yet the vendor crashes continue.
PowderdToastMan
when you re-install, it does not remove your ini files from your documents/my games/falloutnv folder and if you used anything that caused you to manually change those ini files or perhaps a mod that automatically changes those ini files, they wont match up and can cause crashes in the applied areas. make sure to clear that entire folder out and it will generate new ones when you create your first save game. also, as far as the geck is concerned, there was the 1.4 patch that came outrecently and to use the geck you need the 1.4 version. TheMightyLordSheogorath
Hey, thanks for the help man. I saw that an update might be needed, but the only thing I could find was Fallout 3's v1.5 or somethin' like that. I'll check out the .ini problem.
