Third Person Mode Problem

Hi, im new on this forum, please forgive my English its not my primary language.

 

I got a small problem whit the game , it happends that sometimes when I got killed (in the game) I load de auto save or other file, but in this new load my character disappear when I change to third person, in first person everything its ok, but in third person I can't see the character and the camera get stuck. I can hear the character sounds, walking or jumping, but thats all. To fix this I use to quit the game and return to the main game menu and load the game from the start, but when I got killed again or I load another save the problem returns.

 

I have a lot of mods and I use OMM and OBSE, but all my mods work properly together (I've tested all during one week of installing and reainstalling oblivion long ago).

 

Can someone help me pleae, I'm tired of quiting to the main menu to reaload the game everytime this happends.

I forget to add the following things:

 

I got Oblivion whit Knights of the nine and Shivering Isles English Version.

version 1.2.0214

 

And I discover two more things about this problem:

 

1. When I got Killed the camera star to move around the character and then Fly elsewere in the world making crasy moves an loading other areas.

2. When I load the game the camera is not stuck like I said before, instead of that its like a free camera, I can move it around a point (the character maybe).
