H.E.V. Suit

Hello Johnay here! I like many love the game Half-Life 2 and I would love to bring some of the feeling of HL2 to Oblivion because... why not? There have been quite a few mods already that have a little to do with HL2 such as the spectacle mod for Gordon Freeman's glasses, the gotee from one of the beard mods and of course, the crowbar! To complete the set would be of course the H.E.V. suit. The suit other than being highly protective also has a lot of other bonuses on it aswell. Although I would be happy with just an armored version of the suit it would be that much better if it had some of the bonuses that it had in HL2. Some of these bonuses include: a longer supply of breathing than normal (not able to breath underwater forever though), being able to sprint very fast for a short period of time but jsut liek the underwater breathing it doesnt last forever, it alows him to jump long distances, it is very resistant to diseases and can heal the user if the user falls a certain hight from the ground. But like I said earlier it would be great to just have it as just a fancy suit and very protective. Soooo yeah it would be so tottaly awesome if some hardcore modder out there answered my prayer and created this suit for everyone to use! Thanks, bye!

PS: I forgot to show what it looks like so heres a picture...

Just because school is back to haunt everyone that doesn't mean people don't have time to mod, man.

Yeah but the thing is if they WANT to do it. And school plays a very big factor in your determination to mod.

P.S. Can someone give me the link to the crowbar?

Indeed, but there are fewer people around with excess free time to spend on other projects...

There's also the matter that this sort of thing doesn't jive well with the look and feel of Oblivion's world, which while that might not be enough on its own, it's also something that doesn't seem "poppy" enough for those few people with free time to show interest.

By "poppy" I mean being something which is part of some popular culture, has parody value, or is otherwise noteworthy. It may be me, but this request just sort of begs the question as to why you would want it in Oblivion. It's just too techy... And not in that cool Steam/cyberpunk sort of way.
