DaJinari
Last night i was sitting here messing around on a game called Vindictus, and i got to thinking "How nice it would be, to be able to use dual swords such as the Lann class does.". So this is what i ask, is there a mod out there or script that will allow a person to use two swords and fight like on this game, i am sure some animations will probably have to be made, but is it possible? Because if it is, or already has been done i haven't seen it or been able to locate it. Video reference below.
bencebence
There is a mod, called Seph Dual Wield, you must use it with Akaviri Import. It remakes the one-handed animations, and the other mod adds "off-hand" weapons, which are shields, and do no damage, just the animations make them look like they do damage.Give it a try, it's not perfect, but because of engine limitation, there is no better out there. PrettyMurky
Perhaps if you used 'disable control' to prevent the normal attack behavior. Then used a quest script with an 'OnKeyDown <attack key>' listener, supplemented with an 'IsKeyPressed <shift>'. If shift is not pressed, it swings the weapon as normal; if it is, then it equips the other weapon, and swings with that. The tricky part would be getting this to work with the off-hand animations provided by the likes of Seph Dual wield, but I [i[think[/i] it could be do-able. Heartcloud
That seph duel wield mod looks really nice, much better than the stylish anim mod as it includes even 1st person view.Guess Bethesda wasn't cool enough to think about duel-wield lol. I wouldn't even be playing this game if it wasn't for the cosmetic mods.
Kuraikiba
Well, I believe UV allows for this. But heads-up, it's script-heavy.
