Glenstorm
Got it. I assume that is the default setting for Passive: to flee. Like people do when you decide to go postal and they dont have a weapon. Getting him to just stay put would be better. Good luck! Done. I'm about to wrap up the companion functions, so this is the time to suggest anything new. Setting your follower to Passive (vs Setting them aggressive) simply means that they won't attack detected enemies until you go into [DANGER] mode. Setting them aggressive makes them deal with threats as they detect them (if you go through highways with Boone you would find him killing random things half a mile away. This is because he is set to aggressive. Setting him to passive will make it such that he will only attack those who are directly threatening the player). But now White Fang would behave as you say, he won't run off to kill things even if they are a direct threat. piplynx
I'm actually very intrigued and interested by this. Will it be made publicly available?

Quite soon. Any chance there can be a version that has mounted lasers on his back? That would be a champion wolf if I've ever seen one! /sarcasm. No seriously. Think about it. You could call him Plasma Wolf. And he could glow! AWWW YEA! -play CSI: NY music- -puts on sunglasses- -walks away from the screen- I'm looking forward to it. I'm trying to learn to mod myself, but so far I'm not learning too quickly.

It's going to feature fully robotic dogs :)
rjhelms84
Here's what I got so far. Next I'm going to add the back-pack, etc. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v210/misterr84/wolf_me.jpg Any good?
Glenstorm
Can you send me this model so that I can see it in game? I think the ears might be a bit too short now. See for yourself (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2407/2506313133_92722c91a7.jpg or http://www.petandwildlife.com/wolves/images/posternow/gray_wolf_montana_400x285.jpg). Okay maybe it's not the size. Can you sharpen it a bit more? Use the pics for reference.
rjhelms84
The don't look as rounded in 3d. What about this back-pack. Do we want just one at the side, or one at each side, or do we want one on top or something? Will send you the nif soon, when I've sorted this back-pack. Make all three (and then another one with 2 sides and one on top). We'll take the one which looks the best in the game. Or we could make it such that the player can equip White Fang with either of the three and can switch between them if needed. Might be a long shot though. I have to create a new reference for each version and then adjust the script to accomodate each of them.. but screw that. Let's make one heck of a wolf. rjhelms84
I'm happy with this one, so we'll wait and see what the topic starter thinks. I don't really have the time to do loads of different version, as I'm swamped as it is on Boulder Dome. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v210/misterr84/wolfdone.jpg EDIT: I think this version is good, as he's not too over-loaded with bags that he'd be useless in combat, and slow as a slug.
