UrTwiN
Recently I discovered that I had not been correctly installing mods. I thought that I could click on "Download with NMM" and install it through NMM and that it would be all good to go. I thought that when an author said to make a change in the ini files that they were talking about manual installs only. So now I'm going through all of my mods and making the ini changes required. The problem is that in the area that I was making the ini changes, there is no Fallout4Custom.Ini. This was through the steamapps > common> Fallout 4 file location. All of my ini changes are made there. Now I discovered another location that DOES have the Fallout4Custom.ini, who what do I do? Do I need to make all of the changes in this newly discovered location, or can I create the Fallout4Custom.ini in the steam location?
