skyrim crashes every time i go though any door cave

i am not sure exactly what i am doing wrong i have an hp desk top with i7 cpu 12 GB ram windows 10 home R900 4 GB graphics card and (2) 3tb HHd but i have the following problems the goddes Diana has only her head and arms , and i cant use any of my unarmed combat mods, fight like a badass ,way of the monk, and grand master. I ran loot then test 5 then wrye bash but when i go though any cave or door skyrim crashes can any 1 tell me if i am missing a mod or have 1 of them are conflicting
