Texture Weapon-Mod Request

[Stikuru]

After about a day of working on my first Oblivion mod, i eventually got a new weapon to work in game. The model for this mod came from Turbosquid's website, where they have other free models (and pay-to-use models) available, and according to their license (in the spoiler thingy below) it's fine for me to use it this way.

 

 

3. Rights Granted.

Before my actual request, i would first like to show you some pictures that i took in-game a few minutes ago so you can see exactly what i'm talking about:

As you can see, i didn't change the icon... it's still just the wabbajack one. (I don't know how to change icons yet, i might look at a tutorial later)

Honestly i am actually surprised that the hands fit pretty well over the staff... i thought it would look much worse.

And that's the last picture, sorry that i forgot to turn off the menus, i was kind of in a hurry when i took the screenshots.

 

 

Now onto the request.

 

Basically what's wrong with how it is now, is that it just looks pretty bad. I tried doing some texturing myself but i could never get it to look right, so now it's just a plain red texture and a little bit of changes with nifskope, which as you can see doesn't look too pretty.

 

I would like someone to make it look more like the image below, or at least fix it up enough so it doesn't look like someone just opened up paint and drew a lance in my characters hand. xD

This one is how i would prefer it, maybe more shiny.

 

If you want to make it in multiple colors, that would be great as well! Although red is how i really would like it, other colors would be fun to mess around with and it shouldn't be too hard after you do the first one to just change the hue. I could do that myself probably, but if you have time to kill go ahead! Same with any other changes or modifications you would like to make.

 

Umm.... well i guess that's all for my request. If you would like to help me out with this you can just post here and let me know. (Also, i was wondering, how should i go about giving the files i have to people who want to take on my request? Should i attach them here? Or should i upload them to another site? I'm guessing i just need to send the meshes and texture folder..... but again, this is my first time ever, go easy on me! ^.^ )
