Looks like you forgot to install VIS-PatchChemRedux.esp

 

Other than that, I'd say run it in FO4Edit and see if there are any compatibility issues. Program is fairly straight forward and the color-coded messages give you a good idea of what is compatible and what is not.

i don't even know what that patch does i've never used it before and never had any problems all my chems still get sorted etc in def_UI?

Anyway, why not check and see if there is a LOOT available for Fallout 4 yet.

 

LOOT is what we use to automate the Load Order priority in Skyrim...Pretty sure its in development for Fallout 4, I just never bothered as for Fo4 I keep my LO light cause I cant be bothered with maintaining two highly modded games.

yes loot is available for fo4 but IMO it does a pretty bad job. it always puts stuff in the wrong order much better to do it all manually.
