MOD REQUEST: Raise Toxicity Threshold Cheat

Somehow, during my first play through, I wound up getting a glitch that caused Geralt's toxicity max level to go to something like 10,000 or 100,000. Meaning I could take as many decoctions as I liked.

However the glitch is only present on that saved game so I can only use that exploit from the start by going to New Game Plus.

I was hoping that someone could make a mod that has the same effect.
