KazFoxsen
I've created a poster texture and want to give it torn edges like the vanilla ones, but no matter what I do, I can't save a DDS with any kind of working transparency. It doesn't matter what options I save with in Gimp 2 (DXT3, 5, or whatever) because in Geck, the poster texture appears whole, no matter how much I erased. I loaded and resaved a vanilla torn Legion flag as a test, and all its tears were gone, as if a mask layer was removed. Also tried Paint Shop Pro 8.10 with nvidia plugin, but that won't even open dds files with any transparency, never mind save them. Does anyone know how to fix this? KazFoxsen
Wow, it worked. I just added a NiAlphaProperty to the nif and now it works!
