Mod items wont go into game

Ok, Here is what's going on. I've been building a quite large base in searchlight airport for the past couple of weeks. About 5 days ago I've downloaded Honest Hearts for the .45 cal pistol. Now every modded weapon I made before the download doesn't work and I cannot add any items from mods I downloaded off of the Nexus. The mods themselves work fine though. The Geck will let me put the items into the game and save but when I go to play New Vegas, the items just disappear. I downloaded GECK v1.4 and no change. Also I've been trying to make NPCs and none of the outfits from other mods will work on them. Kudos for the person who finds a solution.

Been running in to this issue myself. I've tried everything so far... reinstalling, remaking my mod. Etc.

 

Far as I can tell... anything loading after HH is getting disabled. I've been able to add items to my inventory from HH and Dead Money which loads before it... but nothing after HH for some reason.

Nothing helpful yet though... I'm thinking someone's going to need to come up with a patch fix for this problem or something. :/
