please help with the leveled list merger thing !!!

hello im doing this for my little brother

 

he bought oblivion and wanted to expand it with so called plugins of the game

after he tried to install everything and didnt work at all i tried it and there is 1 thing i cant figure out! "S

 

the thing is i downloaded a so called oblivion tes 4 list merger or something to merge all the plugins so that you have a leveled list for all the items and creatures and now the whole game collapses :S and wont even start :S

 

when i delete the file from the .esp data list and have the plugins without the leveld list thing than it works correct exxept it doesnt give the creatures i want with like mmm or francesco's etc nor give the items in the loot department

 

can some1 please help me with this

i dont have a lot of computer experience and knowledge but for a noob ahhaah i did my best :P

so can some1 pls help with a clear awnser how i should fix this problem
