Auto Skill, Manual Attribute mod

While I like Oblivion XP for the manual point handling I miss auto skill levelling.

Is there a mod out there that allows manual attribute handling yet continues the skill levelling like normal oblivion? I hate the idea of perfect +5s by grinding light armour on a rat or jumping under a bridge 1000 times just to get the +5. Why not have a mod that just allows you to reapply the attributes where you want while maintaining the nice "use it and level it" skill handling.

You might want to try Realistic Leveling. You don't have to bother with spending attribute points gained by leveling skills at all - they will go up based on the skills you increase automatically.

Switching over from ObXP to RL caused me to go from lvl11 to lvl8, lose a fair amount of hp and get pwned constantly o.0 It's nice being back with the "level as you use" system but rl with ooo etc seems kinda extreme :D and no, i will not lower difficulty.

My endurance didn't drop much so I wonder why my HP dropped so much... lvl8 with 125hp getting 1 shotted by a goblin shaman in Fatback cave lowest area... think my endurance is 55 atm.

RL's retroactive health should be calculated as followed:

End * 2 + [(End * .1) * lvl]

55 * 2 + (5.5 * 8 )

110 + 44

154 <-- the amount of health you should have.

Check if there is a recalculate derived stats option or something similar. (RL recalculates attributes every time a skill goes up but I'm not sure about derived stats like health.) Also, you may want to play around with the secondary and tertiary attribute gains in RL's .ini. It tends to spread your stats more evenly compared to vanilla Oblivion.
