moonlightwolf
I'm trying import a hightmap that I orignally created for another mod. I know all the Q1, Q2, ect. files are correctly formatted and placed in the HeightField folder however when I try to import the Hightmap the GECK crashes. This also occurs whenever I try to save a heightmap of i've hand made. I seem to remember reading somewhere that there are certain GECK ini settings it's best to turn on/off when generating heightmaps but I can't find the article anywhere. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and knows a fix

moonlightwolf
I finally found one way of doing it, though it only worked cos i had a fallout 3 plugin with the height map on it, i used NVEdit to strip the plugin down to just the world space and then changed the master file from Fallout3.esm to the new vegas esm, but as for properly importing not a clue
