No floor in "A Fighting Chance"

I've spent the last few hours disabling and re-enabling all my mods and omods trying to get the entire interior of "A Fighting Chance" to come back. As it stands, whenever I enter the shop (everything looks fine outside) I fall through the floor. Repeatedly, until I either reload a save or exit the game. The shop keeper and all the stuff inside are there and don't fall through, just me. There also don't seem to be any walls, floor, or a ceiling either. It's starting to get aggravating as I have installed a few mods where you can only get certain equipment from that shop (I so wish mod makers would simply make their own shops and add them else where to prevent this from happening, like Bane's Fallen Angel Sanctuary and the Golden Arrow).

 

If no one can help me figure this out, please point me in the direction of the construction set and an explanation of how to pull the ID's for the items so I can simply get them via the Console and bypass the store all together.

Does that same thing happen with ALL of your mods disabled?

it does not happen when every mod and omod are disabled, and I only disabled ones i have not been using for a while, because with all my older ones I never had the problem. if I get the entire list of conflicts from obmm for someone would that help determine the problem?

 

EDIT: i tried again, but I couldn't find which mod was causing the problems so i instead used the console command to remove collison/clipping and simply moved over to the store's chests and stole everything i wanted then moved back to the door and exited, once again turning collison back on and continuing as normal
