You would think that after this much time has past those would have been one of the first things they fixed.well power restoration partly is what the game is about anyway :-) (and there's a big mod out there that relights the wasteland... what was the name again... pf, gonna edit when i remember :-)and for the phone lines, how would you want that to work practically? you call somebody and when he "picks up", his dialogue options pop up, or what'd you imagine should happen then...?
