Possible Mod load error

as the title states my game has been acting really poor lately just about every time i kill somebody my game ends up crashing also just randomly when around the mojave wastland. It seems to happend when i insta-gib somebody with the bloody mess perk. well anyway heres my mod load order

Complete guess here but if it's crashing on kills then you probably have a conflict with a mod that effects the death animations or ammo effect animations like EVE. I'd start there and deactivate any mod that effects NPC deaths one at a time to see if your performance improves.
